Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

For thirteen years I have been designing and facilitating Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) and Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs), both in education and corporate spaces. As a volunteer for two chapters of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), I regularly facilitate speaker presentations for our members. A few years ago, I taught a class which focused on communication and presentation skills at the University of Washington. When delivering these trainings, I enjoy incorporating a wide variety of interactive activities with an emphasis on collaborative learning.

Below are two examples of my ILT and VILT work.

Culture Chameleon Language Institute

In 2021 I started my own business, an online language school called Culture Chameleon Language Institute, which I ran for a little over two years. I designed the curriculum for 60 hours of live virtual instruction, including PowerPoints, handouts, games, assessments, and more.

Hybrid ILT/VILT for Instructional Designers

This hands-on hybrid ILT/VILT workshop is one part of a series of workshops on Action Mapping that I led for my team of Instructional Designers at Unboxed Training & Technology. Action Mapping is a visual approach to instructional design by Cathy Moore.
